Yes. For all home and business removals, a dedicated moving coordinator is assigned to manage the process from planning through completion and any aftercare required.
Are disassembly and reassembly included in your removals?
Yes. Furniture disassembly and reassembly is included within the hourly rate for home, business and office removals. There are no per-item charges.
Can I combine multiple services in one booking?
Yes. Removals, packing, cleaning, clearance and other services can be combined and managed within a single coordinated booking.
Do you provide packing materials?
Packing materials are available as an optional add-on. Some customers prefer to use their own boxes or reusable containers, which we fully support.
Are your services fully insured?
Yes. All services provided by Brilliant Removals are fully insured and carried out by trained professionals.
Which areas do you cover?
We cover all 32 London boroughs and Surrey. Long distance moving is available nationwide from London and Surrey locations.
How are quotes calculated?
Quotes are based on factors such as property type, access, volume, distance and service level. Providing accurate details helps ensure an appropriate quote.

Yes. We provide long distance moving services across the UK, starting from London and Surrey locations.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for peak periods. Availability can sometimes be accommodated at shorter notice depending on service type.
