If you would like to proceed with booking, you can accept your business moving quote and reserve your preferred moving date with our simple booking process. Deposit payments of 25% are required to confirm your booking slot.

Each business has different moving requirements, therefore there is no one way to prepare. Our full service business removals covers everything such as packing and moving and if selected there is not much you need to prepare. There are still a couple of recommendations, as follows:

1. Personal Items & Essentials:
Keeping a bag of personal items and necesseties such as laptops and personal documents or stationary, as you may require throughout the course of the move.

2. Parking:
Appropriate parking will need to be reserved for your business removal at both collection and relocation addresses. Parking will need to be suitable for the size of van that is allocated – details of this will be forwarded with booking details.

3. Access To Property:
When relocating businesses sometimes third parties can be involved i.e agencies or solicitors, it is always worth communicating closely with all parties in advance to ensure access to both properties is available at the agreed time. It is important to let us know if you have any timing restrictions to allow us to accomodate this. 

Usually full service removals will consist of 2 dates; one for packing and disassembling and one for moving, reassembly and unpacking if all moving services are required. For businesses we can facilitate this in one day if business operations require this.

Packing Day:
You can expect to be greeted by professional packers who are equipped with high quality packing supplies and tools. Our packers will pack your whole property safely, wrapping and protecting each item properly. Subject to the size of the property and moving reqiurements, disassembling of furniture will also be performed on packing day to allow for the smoothest move possible, if requested.

Moving Day:
We aim to provide the same packers and movers for your service to ensure continuity and increase efficiency in every move. Our team will return ready to continue from where they left of on packing day. Loading items careful and strategically minimising the chance of damage at every oppurtunity. After transporting your belongings safely to your new location, they will unload your items into their desired destinations within the home – whether it’s upstairs or down. If you have booked reassembly of furniture and unpacking services these will be carried out on moving day, ensuring there is sufficient time and movers to do so. Business organising and waste disposal can be provided in addition, making your new property ready to work from.
